Return and Exchange Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning merchandise purchased from our website. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting returns or exchanges. While we always strive to meet your expectations with the original shipment, we realize situations do arise. Although we sell custom printed products, we will work to satisfy our customers to the largest extent possible with a return or an exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
Any merchandise that is defective or damaged in shipping can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
Photographic proof of damage or defect must be provided
The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included when possible
Apparel and General Merchandise
Returns or exchanges of apparel and general merchandise are accepted under these conditions:
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
Products must be in original condition with all tags attached
Original packaging should be included whenever possible
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Poster prints
Canvas prints
Fine art prints
All sales are final for print products.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return
Attach clear photos showing damage or defects (if applicable)
Await approval and return shipping instructions
Ship items back in secure packaging with the return authorization email message.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:
Credit will be applied to the original payment method
Processing time is typically 5-7 business days
Shipping costs are refunded only for damaged or defective items
You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund:
Indicate your preference for an exchange when initiating the return by email to northcreekoutdoors@gmail.com
Specify the replacement item (size, color, etc.)
If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference
If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded
Your will be instructed where to ship the original item. The return shipment is at the customer’s expense.
Once received and inspected, we will order and send the replacement product.
We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
